LINA SHAMMAS, NBC-HWC
As my three children became independent adults, I found myself wanting to contribute back to my community and I began volunteering at the local cancer center. More than anything, I enjoyed supporting cancer patients and helping them navigate their journeys with cancer.
This experience led me to pursuing professional training as an Integrative Health Coach at Duke Health and Well-Being. It’s now my passion to work with clients who want to live their best lives by improving their habits. I’ve worked with clients across a range of areas such as healthy eating habits, improving culinary skills, increasing physical activity, reducing stress and burnout, practicing mindfulness, dealing with chronic pain, parenting and career, and improving sleep.
