Why Culinary Coaching?

Many of my clients have trouble implementing diet plans given to them by their medical teams. In addition to being a Certified Health and Wellness coach, I am a Certified Culinary Health Coach trained under Harvard Medical School. Considering my background and knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, it felt natural adding this training to empower my clients to cook healthy meals in their own kitchens with confidence.

WhAT IS Culinary Coaching?

Culinary coaching combines culinary education with health and wellness coaching. As your culinary coach, not only will I show you how to prepare healthy meals, but I will also guide you through your kitchen organization, grocery shopping, and online food ordering. 

Over a three month period or 12 weekly sessions, I will teach you how to incorporate more vegetables and plant-based proteins in your diet. I will provide you with virtual cooking classes and recipes that are delicious and proven to help reverse chronic disease. You will learn the health benefits and medicinal value of the ingredients that we use. Together, we will practice culinary skills that can save you time and help you be more organized in your kitchen. Most importantly, I will help you achieve your best health by preparing quality, healthy meals for yourself.

HOW IT WORKS

The culinary coaching package includes 12 sessions: 6 coaching sessions and 6 cooking demonstrations.

Session length is customized based on each client’s culinary skills and can vary from 30 minutes to 1 hour long. Considering sessions can be customized depending on your needs, pricing will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
